ZenKart India – Cancellation & Refund Policy
At ZenKart India, a brand owned and operated by Zendec Infotech LLP, we are committed to delivering quality products and seamless service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:

Orders can be canceled at no additional cost before dispatch.

To cancel, log in to your ZenKart India account or contact us at support@zenkartindia.com or call +91 9207245989.

After Shipment:

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. However, you may initiate a return after delivery (see Return Policy below).

2. Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns:

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Non-returnable items include perishable goods, personal care items, and customized/made-to-order products. Check the product listing for return eligibility.

Return Process:

Go to “My Orders” on our website or app.

Select the item and click “Return”.

Our logistics team will schedule a pickup.

Returned items will undergo quality inspection.

3. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality checks.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

Refunds will be issued via UPI/Bank Transfer. We will request your bank details after approval of the return.

4. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the product and place a new order.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund based on stock availability.
